Greg Reynolds, Managing Director is a NZ/UK national with considerable experience across service and manufacturing industries. He has worked in the UK, USA, New Zealand, Australia, and Fiji. A 15-year corporate career with multinationals has provided him with a unique insight into the complexities of decision making within corporate businesses.
Since 2001, he has consulted with a wide range of clients from smaller enterprises to Fortune 500 Corporations. During this time, he has also owned traditional SME businesses including one with a large number of engineering contractors at various operational sites across Australia. His role in the business was as much about driving strategy and managing their patent program as finding new customers and selling solutions.
Much of his consulting work has involved supply chain improvement, procurement, distribution, outsourcing and acquisition activities as well as a strong focus on business development. He is passionate about connecting Western companies with Asian business opportunities.
Greg has managed multiple projects in the Asian region including:
o Advising a leading US multinational on Asia market entry including competitor acquisition.
o Developing market entry for a client into Mumbai and Delhi including qualification of Distributor and on-the-ground sales support and Trade Show marketing activities.
o Providing a Representative Office for a German software client targeting Hong Kong, Singapore, and Thailand including dedicated Business Development staff on our payroll.
o Assisted a client in the Education sector with senior level introductions.
o Working with multiple Governmental Trade organisations who have oversight of some client’s activities in the region.

Market Research Analyst is a Thai national who spent 5 years in Japan before returning to Thailand in 2009. He is fluent in Japanese and has a working level of English.

He leads our ASEAN market and industry sector research and provides working papers and support or the broader team as we are working on specific business opportunities across the Asian region. He is also responsible for maintaining our database, NDA’s, client files and all things IT.

CFO/Financial Analyst is a UK national with senior executive experience in Asia with TNT and PWC. His 30-year career has spanned England, Kenya, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong and Thailand across a wide range of industries. For the last 10 years, he has been based in Bangkok where his experience in Asian accountancy and financial practices is combined with significant working experience in European, USA and Australian accounting principles.

His strong commercial skills, global perspective, and flexibility combine with his ability to navigate through seemingly complex Asian government and company records to form a cohesive financial picture for clients involved in acquisition or JV negotiations.

He works exceptionally well within the broader team environment to support management evaluations, financial audits, and detailed analysis so clients are able to make well-informed decisions.

Industrial Packaging & Chemical Specialist is a German national fluent in English and French with 20 years of industry management experience. His most recent position was as Senior Executive Vice President of a global leader in industrial packaging. Responsibilities included a 500 million Euro P&L across 53 European factories along with R&D, marketing while driving significant gains in global sales and margin.

An experienced turn around manager, he also has detailed experience in change management, strategic repositioning and sales management. He has implemented a range of initiatives into companies relating to robust annual planning, CRM implementation, KPI development and streamlining communication between sales, marketing, technical services, internal sales, product management, and manufacturing. All such initiatives have been delivered through comprehensive process and review procedures to ensure they remain an intrinsic part of the newly formed company culture.

Based in Asia since 2010 he consults to a number of European companies with a particular focus in the ASEAN region.

FMCG Specialist is a UK national with over 30 years experience including Director level positions with Tesco. His strategic focus included increasing sales and margin while reducing costs across all food and non-food categories in both the UK and Asia.

For the last 14 years, he has been based in Asia supporting multinational and local retailers adapt global best practice initiatives to their emerging markets. Much of this focus has been on tailoring channel and format developments to meet diverse consumer needs in country-specific markets.
He has significant consulting experience across South Africa, India, Thailand, and Vietnam with national retailers and convenience store networks. His in-depth experience from a Buyers perspective provides unique insight into the prospects of new product entrants to the Asian region.

Product Marketing, Events & Public Relations Specialist is a Thai national fluent in English with a working level of French. She was educated in the USA where her initial career started before returning in Thailand in 1996.

She has worked with leading multinationals in the USA and Thailand in brand management, direct marketing, and communications.

Her career has spanned automotive, telecoms, electronics, FMCG, and education both with existing businesses in Asia as well as new entrants from the west. She has a strong focus on the adaptation of western marketing strategies to the Thai market and developing communications programs and sales promotions to meet the client’s objectives.

With deep connections across the full spectrum of Thai media, she has a unique ability to craft and pitch stories to obtain the desired results.

Electronics Manufacturing & Precision Engineering Specialist is an American national fluent in Thai with decades of Asian experience in both military and commercial roles. After retiring from the military in 1990, he worked in senior roles for various US multinationals involving contract manufacture of high precision test and production equipment as well as specialised electronics.

He also has significant experience in relocating a broad range of factories including the often complex task of breaking down multimillion-dollar plant and equipment and recommissioning in new premises. With long-term staff management experience in Thailand, he is particularly adept in revising western procedures and processes to recognize the different cultural working environment in Thailand. He has an eye for detail and a strong background in quality processes and has implemented major changes within existing company operations in Thailand.

His unique experience allows him to quickly evaluate highly technical manufacturing operations when we conduct due diligence on outsourcing manufacturers for our clients.

Plastics Manufacturing & Production Start-ups Specialist is a British national fluent in Thai who has been based in Thailand since 1998. He has extensive experience in production start-ups for tier one automotive suppliers and ODM’s in the electronics industry in the UK, China, Malaysia, and Thailand.

Startup projects have involved every aspect including company formation, the setting of corporate governance, implementation of CFZ and ISO registrations, machinery import, commissioning, the hiring of staff and subsequent process transfer and implementation. He also has extensive experience in continuous improvement and managing supply chains across Asia, Europe, USA and the UK.

A seasoned people manager he has managed large multicultural workforces in a variety of production environments including training and performance management.

Operations Management and Production Efficiency Specialist is an American national with over 25 years experience in Europe, USA, and Asia. He has worked in senior roles for major multinationals involving both internal and contract manufacturing. Project successes include driving revenue growth during a multi-site global manufacturing consolidation project closing 20 sites in USA/APAC. He drove inventory turns to >30 at a billion-dollar company, moving on time delivery from 25% to greater than 80%. He has also launched start-up manufacturing in Shenzhen, China and managed a JV in Taiwan.

He advises on and implements changes to manufacturing environments through enhancing their operational efficiency. This includes improvements in supply chain, capacity expansion, outsourcing, logistics, inventory management and demand planning processes to improve P&L performance. He has successfully completed many start-up manufacturing projects, supply chain re-engineering projects, and product outsourcing initiatives.

His unique experience allows him to quickly evaluate highly technical manufacturing operations and make strategic decisions on how to achieve the greatest improvements. Quality, throughput and product margin improvements are hi focus. He has proven ability to create value by transforming operational process infrastructure and achieving valuable performance improvements at an impressive pace.

CRM & Service Management Specialist is a Canadian national fluent in Thai who has been based in Bangkok since 1993. During this time he has worked with a wide range of franchises entering the region as well as clients in automotive, banking, education, F&B, manufacturing and travel.

He works extensively in developing solutions for better customer relationships with an emphasis on integrated relationship management software solutions. He has significant experience in adapting western companies systems and KPI’s in this area to enable companies to get comparative results from Thailand to benchmark against their domestic markets.

Mystery Shopping is also of particular focus to monitor the customer experience at a transactional level as well as that of competitors to establish benchmarks in the local Thai market.
